Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 27 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that he has built his life from scratch and that he has never taken advantage of anyone's fame to build his own.

The premier spoke at the graduation of more than 5,000 students of National Technical Training Institute, held on Monday (Feb. 27) at OCIC, Phnom Penh.

“Hun Sen has never relied on anyone's popularity to build his own […] Hun Sen has stood up by himself since living in the pagoda,” the premier underlined.

The premier said that after being in power for over 38 years, there is nothing that Hun Sen does not know about Cambodia, either about land reform, economic reform, military events, and other events from 1977 until today, which has been about 45-46 years.
