Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 24 – Cambodia is no longer subject to increased monitoring by the FATF, according to a decision made at FATF General Assembly on Friday in Paris, France.

“Jurisdictions under increased monitoring are actively working with the FATF to address strategic deficiencies in their regimes to counter money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. New countries subject to increased monitoring are South Africa and Nigeria. Morocco and Cambodia are no longer subject to increased monitoring by the FATF.”
