Kompot (FN), Mar. 25 – A range of infrastructures and residential projects have developed in New Bokor City. Currently, three mega residential projects have attracted public attention, according to Sokha Hotel sale and marketing director Say Sophotra.

The first project is called Amret Thansur. It is located near Po Pok Vil Waterfall, building on more than 80 hectares of land. Currently, this project is sold out.

The second project is Morakot Thansur, constructing on 88 hectares of land and fitting over 1,300 villas. Currently, this project is sold out.

The third project is Crown Real Estate, locating on 590 hectares of land. Three types of houses are available for sale such as flat house, land lot and villa, with a price ranging from USD 160,000 to more than USD 350,000. So far, 168 flat units and more than 120 villas have sold out. Most of customers are from Kampot, Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, and Takeo.

Say Sophotra said that the company is preparing to build hospitals, schools, markets in order to serve the residents’ daily activities.

According to the founder of Sokimex Investment Group tycoon Sok Kong, Bokor Mountain was discovered by the French and it is a preserved national park.

The tycoon added that the average temperature degree is around17 and 18 degrees Celsius at nighttime. According to the health research expert, Bokor Mountain’s air can help improve human health, especially for patients with lung disease.

Sok Kong added, currently, New Bokor City has a new national road with a length of more than 120 kilometers. The residents of the above three projects will use the water from the under-construction reservoir, which has the capacity to store one million cubic meters of water.

Sok Kong urged domestic and international investors to study and review investment opportunities, especially a lease concession from the Cambodian government.

New Bokor City is located on 30,000 hectares of land and it will gain attention from the domestic and international investors, which is significantly contributed to Cambodia’s economic development.

Currently, the company has built a 158km new road from the 500-rice-field area to National Road 4, and another road to the top of Bokor Mountain.
