Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 8 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen visited the construction site of the massive Buddha statue, located in Myanmar's Nay Pyi Taw before concluding his two-day official visit.

The massive Buddha statue will serve the purpose to show the prosperity of Buddhism in Myanmar to the world, to ensure peace and stability in the country, to improve local people’s livelihoods, and to contribute to national development.

Premier Hun Sen and a high-level delegation landed Phnom Penh safe on Saturday.
