Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 15 – Cambodia received 324,000 doses of Astra Zeneca vaccine from the COVAX Facility.  

The package arrived in Phnom Penh on Monday.

“This is the third time that the vaccine has been delivered through the COVAX Facility," according to a press release seen by Fresh News on Monday.

As of 14 November, Cambodia has inoculated more than 100 percent of its target 10 million adults, more than 98.47 percent for children aged 12 to under 18 years old, and more than 103 percent for children aged 6 to under 12 years old.

Cambodia has received about 30 million doses of COVID19 vaccine to inoculate her people, of which China is the biggest vaccine supplier, followed by the World Health Organization through the COVAX Facility, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
