Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 15 – The delegation of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Cambodia together with the representatives of Cambodian companies eBiodis, Leasure Asia Corporation, SGU Import Export Co. Ltd., as well as Cambodia-Russia Trade House, and Russian BioBuilding Co. arranged the humanitarian action in the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital on 15 October 2021.

During the handover ceremony Russian Ambassador Anatoly Borovik conveyed to Director of the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital Dr. Ngy Meng oxygen concentrators, 520 liters of eBiodis produced electrochemical activated antiseptic solution, 870 liters of alcohol antiseptic, 600 boxes of facemasks, 10 boxes of multivitamins, as well as blood glucose meters and a spray machine.

The Russian ambassador commended the great contribution of the Hospital to the unceasing fight of the Kingdom against COVID19.

Ambassador Anatoly Borovik noted the Commemoration Day of the Passing of Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, Preah Borom Ratanak Khaud, the Late King Father, and emphasized his significant role in founding the Hospital in 1958 and developing cooperation between Russia and Cambodia in the field of health.

Other participants of the humanitarian action included the diplomats of the Russian Embassy, Mr. Gnel Ratha, rector of the Angkor University and head of the Cambodia-Russia Trade House and its officials, representatives of the SGU Import-Export Co. Ltd., as well as the eBiodis (among the products of eBiodis are a new generation of eco-friendly disinfectants based on Russian equipment and technologies, useful amid COVID19 for sanitization of the facilities).
