Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 22 – Three Cambodian patients living in Phnom Penh and Kandal died of COVID19 on 21 April 2021, according to the Ministry of Health's announcement dated Thursday.

A 55-year-old Cambodian man was tested positive on 11 April 2021. He passed away at 16:30 on 21 April 2021.

A 83-year-old Cambodian woman was tested positive on 21 April 2021. She passed away at 14:00 on 21 April 2021.

A 81-year-old Cambodian woman was tested positive on 14 April 2021. She passed away at 9:10 on 21 April 2021.

The patients passed away due to severe lung disease and respiratory crisis attacked by COVID19, the ministry confirmed.

To date, Cambodia has registered 59 cases of COVID19 fatality.
