Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 9 – Russian Ambassador to Cambodia Anatoly Borovik, on Friday, sent a special message to Cambodian people on the occasion of Khmer New Year.

«On May 13, we will celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. Time has shown that cooperation and mutual understanding are strong foundations of mutual success. Russia has always been a trusted partner and a close friend of Cambodia,» he underlined.
