Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 28 – Cambodian Health Ministry announced on Sunday that Cambodia will receive 324,000 doses of AstraZeneca COVID19 vaccine from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the vaccines are expected to arrive the Kingdom on 2 March 2021.

“With the high attention and authorization from Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Health Minister Mam Bunheng, representing the Royal Government of Cambodia will attend the hand-over ceremony taking place at the Phnom Penh International airport at the time of vaccines' arrival, joined by Dr. Li Ailan, representative of WHO and Ms. Foroogh Foyouzat, representative of UNICEF.”
