Budapest (FN), Oct. 15 – Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI), on 15 October 2019, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Trade Cooperation, presided over by Cambodian Minister of Commerce Pan Sorasak.

Oknha Kith Meng, Cambodian tycoon and president of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, stated that the MoU will contribute to promote trade, investment, and tourism between the two countries.

The MoU is expected to boost Cambodia-Hungary bilateral trade, as it is still limited these days. From 2013-2018, the two’s bilateral trade was worth only USD 16 million, in which Cambodia exported USD 13 million to Hungary.
