Singapore (FN), Oct. 30 – TotalEnergies and The Royal Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to identify new renewable energy projects in Cambodia and other decarbonization opportunities for possible joint development and investment.

TotalEnergies is a global multi-energy company which is currently building a world-class, cost-competitive portfolio of renewable energy to deliver sustainable, reliable and affordable power to its customers worldwide.

Royal Group is a leading Cambodian conglomerate with extensive experience in originating, developing, and implementing domestic power projects on a joint-venture basis.

At the signing ceremony in Singapore, signatories from both parties were: Neak Oknha Kith Meng, chairman and CEO of Royal Group, and Ting Wee Liang, country chair Singapore, and president of Marketing & Services Asia Pacific and Middle East, TotalEnergies.

"Combining the resources and skills of both organizations will ensure the best research and development of the most optimal renewable projects in Cambodia”, remarked Neak Oknha Kith Meng, chairman and CEO of Royal Group.
