HANOI, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese agencies are coordinating with Egyptian authorities to help victims in a bus blast which left three Vietnamese tourists dead and 12 others injured, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday.

A bomb hit a bus carrying 15 Vietnamese tourists, passengers of Vietnamese travel firm Saigontourist and some Egyptians near Giza pyramids on Friday, killing four people, including three Vietnamese tourists and an Egyptian tour guide.

Among the 12 injured, 10 seriously wounded people have been hospitalized, and two slightly wounded people have been sent to the Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt, the ministry said.

After the bomb blast, Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt Tran Thanh Cong and Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, respectively, visited the injured people in al-Haram hospital in Cairo.
