Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 30 - Pursat Provincial Court on Thursday announced to turn Senior Managers of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Company’s cases to the investigating judge to resume the procedure and order the defendants to clarify each case.

In late October, Cambodia's Pursat Provincial Court had ordered the arrest of Zhang San Huo, chairman of the board, and Tse Michael Nam (Xie Nan Yang), senior manager of Green Leader of Holdings Group Limited from Hong Kong, China for «fraud» case.

Green Leader Holdings Group Limited, originally known as North Asia Resource Holdings Limited, is a company that entered stock exchange in Hong Kong.

The company initially developed mineral resources in China, and recently came to Cambodia to cooperate with local companies in planting and processing cassava.

Senior staff of the above company said on condition of anonymity that the appeal and arrest warrant came out after the release of the false reports on company market share in Hong Kong and the use of deceptive tactics, causing problems and facing charges and lawsuits.

The court's indictment concluded that the two senior managers were involved in a «serious» fraud activities due to Articles 626 and 627 of the Cambodian Criminal Code and ordered to be arrested accordingly.
