Phnom Penh (FN), August 14 - Sourn Serey Ratha, President of Khmer Power Party, acknowledged his message sending to activists in France which insulted the King and admitted his fault for a Facebook post that accused the Cambodian military commanders as thieves, according to Prime Minister Hun Sen at the graduation ceremony at the Diamond Exhibition Center on Monday.

"The KPPM members in France, please help me to find files as soon as possible. The files cover whether King Norodom Sihamoni is French or not. I am going to make it viral in 2016,” Ratha addressed to KPP Members.

“Hun Sen wants to apply mono-citizenship to leader of political party. This is the chance for KPP to kick out of the Royal Palace,” he said, adding that “Let’s see if the King dares to withdraw his French citizenship”.

Sourn Serey Ratha was arrested after he wrote on Facebook, insulting Cambodian military commander, according to a senior official of Phnom Penh Municipal Court (PPMC) on Sunday afternoon.

“The result of the war with Laos is the same as the war with Thailand! Only Khmer low-ranking soldiers died, whereas, the boss behind the back collect the merit and stay in comfort zone,” Ratha wrote on Facebook.
