Phnom Penh (FN), August 10 - Germany's car company, Mercedes-Benz, has partnered with Cambodian media, Fresh News and Thmey Thmey, to launch a new program called "Mercedes and Mysterious Treasure" to explore Khmer products and tourist destinations.

Lim Cheavutha, CEO of Fresh News and Ky Soklim, CEO of Thmey Thmey are confident that this program will help Cambodians becoming more familiar with Khmer products as well as many undiscovered tourist destinations across provinces.

The program will begin in Pursat province on August 16.

Khun Chantha, Sale and Marketing Manager of Star Auto Cambodia or Mercedes-Benz Cambodia, was delighted to collaborate with the well-known Cambodian news agencies.

The purpose is to reunify tourism sites and features in provinces. As expected, it will help promote attractive tourist destinations in Cambodia since some areas have been abandoned.

It is also an "All for Tourism, Tourism for All" campaign, which will help improving local people’s lives by providing tourism services and helping people to protect the environment in the area.

Vutha, Soklim and Chantha hope that the program will contribute to heightening Cambodia's tourism potential and will support the relevant officials and authorities in all the provinces.
