PHNOM PENH (FN), Jan. 29 — Foreign Minister Hor Namhong will lead a delegation to attend the 3rd Meeting of Cambodia-China Inter-Governmental Coordination Committee scheduled to take place in China early February, a press release said.

The meeting will take place on Feb.3 through 5 Feb. with Yang Jiechi, China’s State Councilor and Hor Namhong being co-chairs and will be discussing on comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, according to the press release issued on Jan.29.

The press release said Hor Namhong, during the visit to China, is also scheduled to call on China’s Prime Minister Li Keqiang.

From the perspective of long-lasting friendship and following the footprints of late King Norodom Sihanouk, the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the leadership of the Prime Minister Hun Sen, has been strengthening and boosting friendship, diplomatic relations and cooperation between the two countries to the level of comprehensive partnership over the last several years.
