Phnom Penh (FN), June 4 - NEC will announce the preliminary result of commune council election at 5 p.m on Sunday, according to Hang Puthea, spokesman of the NEC.

By 11:30 a.m, 50% of the registered voters have already voted.

There are 7.8 million people registered to vote, an equivalent to 81% of the total eligible voters.
