Phnom Penh (FN), July 10 – Police Deputy Inspector of Khan Chamkar Morn told Fresh News a moment ago that the person who was shot dead earlier in a Star Mart close to Bokor Cross Road, in Phnom Penh was identified as Mr. Kem Ley. A suspect was arrested by the police for involving in the assassination of Mr. Kem Ley.
