Phnom Penh (FN), July 10 - The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) granted licenses for companies to build four new factories in Cambodia, according to the CDC’s report on Monday.

HUICAI PACKAGING (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.: a project to build plastic bag, paper box, garment sign made, and publishing factory located in Svay Rieng Province, has a total investment of approximately $3.56 million and can generate 476 jobs.

ROBUSTAHL CO., LTD.: a project to establish a stainless steel tube factory located in Special Economic Zone in Sihanoukville Province, has a total investment of approximately $1 million and can create 552 jobs.

UNION GAKKI (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.: a project to build a recycled piano factory located in Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone, has a total investment of approximately $378,200 and can create 55 jobs.

CAMBO HONGSHENG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.: a project to build an electronic equipment factory located in Special Economic Zone in Pursat province, has a total investment of approximately $ 2.14 million and can create 323 jobs.
